What are your return conditions?

All products must have no sign of wear with tags attached. Stains, signs of wash, perfume, etc. will not be accepted. There are no exceptions to our policy, apologies in advance!

What is your return timeline?

If the return is submitted within 14 days of the customer receiving the order, they will receive a full refund to the original method of payment. After 14 days up to 30 days, the customer will receive store credit only.

Who pays for shipping?

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Return amounts only include cost of product and tax. All returns are subject to denial at our discretion.

Does the return policy apply to pop-ups?

If you have purchased an item at a pop-up event and wish to make a return or exchange, please email us with a photo of the item. Include the reason for return or exchange and the location of the pop-up. The same policy applies for all returns: in person and online, purchases made within 14 days are eligible for a refund. Purchases made after the 14 days may receive store credit.
